            Duties:  Instructed hospital and clinic personnel in use of the Epic Electronic Medical Records system for one of the most technically advanced hospital networks in the US. This included standard classroom instruction, design of specialized courses, and creation of instructional materials in print and online formats. Topics covered included scheduling, patient registration and hospital billing.

             Duties:  Contracted out as Technical Writer and Instructional Designer on various corporate projects, including end user manuals and training presentation materials.  Principle client: Accenture Learning, St. Charles IL.

             Duties: Worked as an application software trainer on a per-class basis for various organizations, such as State and county government, as well as private lessons to individuals.  Among these training groups are Directions Training Center in Oak Brook, IL and Productivity Point of Chicago, and Berkely-Judge Training . These classes include MS Office XP and MS Project 2003.  I taught under similar circumstances during the first half of 2004.
